Localoci Office is a product of Nejo Studios. By using the suite — Scribe, Sums, Show and Sync — you agree to use it lawfully and for your own personal or business productivity purposes. You are responsible for the content you create with the apps and for maintaining your own backups through the Data Management page.

The software is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Because Localoci Office runs entirely in your browser and stores data locally on your device, Nejo Studios cannot recover lost data, and is not liable for any loss of documents, data corruption, downtime, or any direct or indirect damages arising from your use of the apps. You are encouraged to export backups regularly.
